The Warren Heritage Foundation considers grants relating to our mission statement on a rolling basis, provided they meet all the following criteria:

1.  Limited to the geographical boundaries of the town of Warren.

2.  Limited to non-profits, fraternal organizations, private associations.

3.  Limited to architectural engineering and construction studies, purchase of materials for brick & mortar projects and
brick & mortar restoration and maintenance work.

4.  The basis for grant review and acceptance shall be the Secretary of Interior Guidelines.

5.  Limited to requests which include matching funds.

• Grant requests must be sunmitted by October 15 of each calendar year
• Award of grants will be announced on January 15 of the following year
• Organizations are limited to one grant request per annual cycle
• Grant funds will be held in reserve until project start date
• Grants not used within 12 months of award will be terminated and the reserved funds returned to the general fund
